All UK orders over £50 are automatically entitled to FREE standard shipping.
All International orders over £100 are automatically entitled to FREE standard shipping.
We are not responsible for any customs charges or restrictions once the goods reach your country. If an order is refused at the border by the customer for any reason and the parcel is returned back to us, we will immediately process a refund for the products, but the associated shipping costs will be lost.
If delivery is attempted three times without success and your parcel is returned back to us, an additional shipping fee will be payable to resend your order. If you choose not to have your items redelivered, you will receive a full refund minus any associated shipping costs.
