How to get stains out of kids clothes? (Well you won’t need to anymore!)

Ever Googled how to get stains out of kids clothing? Or, I can't get stains out of my kids clothing?

Don't worry it’s a fact of life, kids were born to be messy. It's like some kind of code is embedded in their genetic makeup that makes them mess and accident prone.  As a parent, it can be excruciatingly frustrating to be continually cleaning up after them and it's always that last accidental spill that pushes you over the edge.

Picture this scene. You're about to head out and you've finally managed to get the kids dressed and ready, coats and all. Then that horrifying moment happens. Your four year old grips their bottle of juice just too hard and it squelches all over their clothes. You're already 10 mins late,  you're not sure if you can get your 4 year old dressed again, without your two year old toddler escaping for dear life, and taking all of their clothes off. In that moment you can feel the tears well up and that lump in your throat becomes uncomfortably prominent. In that second, you have your bleakest moment of parental defeat.

Sometimes it can hit even harder when you're in public and all the other kids are quite capable of keeping mess off their clothes. Meanwhile, your kids have more food on their clothes than on their plate.

To make matters worse, we all know that one kid whose mum keeps them pristine clean, no matter the activity. Speaking of activities, it seems counterintuitive that the experts encourage “messy play”. It's like they are trying to drive parents into a perpetual living nightmare. We are supposed to believe that it's good for our kids' development, so why does ‘messy play’ feel like a dive into the pits of upper hell.

Juice stains, ketchup stains, ice lolly stains, these all seem to be repeat offenders. Especially in the summer months.

So what's the solution? Well hello, we're living in the 21st century. We have the brains, we have the technology, it's time we start investing less in space travel and more in actual pressing issues like our kids' wardrobe.

That's why at Kultkid, we've totally revolutionised the kids clothing industry with what we have released. A stain-resistant kids streetwear collection! Yes, you heard that right? We should win a Nobel prize, we hear you say?! We definitely couldn't agree more. So let us tell you a little more about the technology…

Our new collection is made from our very own specialist fabric called Resistain®. In a league of its own, this complex nanotechnology changes the molecular structure of our fabric making it hydrophobic, so liquids and sauces can’t bond to the material. Not only will your kids stay clean, they will delight in watching liquid molecules bead together and shed straight off their favourite new clothes.

To find our stain-resistant collection, click here.

If all of this isn't exciting enough, the actual collection pieces are more stylish than ever! What's more our clothes still retain their super-soft cotton feel, despite all this groundbreaking technology.

Not forgetting to mention our collection pieces come in the most on-trend colour shades of this year.

What's not to love?

Peace, love and light,

Kultkid xx

How to Cope with Parental Burnout and Post Lockdown Blues

Often a taboo subject but lets face it, as parents we often find ourselves burned out and it’s no wonder we feel ashamed about it considering the endless number of ‘perfect families’ we see on social media. Lockdown and social distancing have majorly intensified our experience as parents and although lockdown may be officially over, our minds haven't quite recovered yet.
